Plot synopsis
Under the circumstances, the extremely handsome ex-sportsman Igor Bragin and the plain but keenly affectionate librarian Vera Silkova make an unusual agreement: to fall in love with each other through selftraining...
“Silver Bear” Award the actress Yevgenya Glushenko at the 33rd IFF “Berlinale” in Berlin, West Germany (1983). Main Prize for the film and Award to O. Yankovsky for Best Male Lead at the 16th All-Union Film Festival (1983). Award to Y. Glushenko for Best Female Lead at the 10th IFF in Varna, Bulgaria (1983). 4 medals at the annual Kochalin Meetings “Youth and Cinema” in Poland (1983). At the traditional annual competition organized by the magazine “Soviet Screen”, O. Yankovsky was named Actor of the Year, and Y. Glushenko came second in the category Actress of the Year (1984).
