Plot synopsis
A film-concert composed of performances of foreign art collectives that visited the USSR during the VI International Youth and Students’ Festival held in 1957, and also performances of Pyatnitsky choir and the young actors of the Bolshoy Theatre such as Bella Rudenko, Ekaterina Maximova, Arthur Eyzen, etc. The Soviet and foreign artists go to Moscow through Siberia showing their skills on the background of the Baykal Lake, the Angara, Bratsk and Irkutsk hydroelectric power stations; besides the achievements of Soviet country in the area of science and technology (such as synchrophasotron, robots, satellites, etc) are demonstrated. In the end the spectators can admire festive Moscow.
