Plot synopsis
Based on the novel by Y. Bondarev.
Many years after the Great Patriotic War the well-known Russian writer comes to the Western Germany and meets a middle aged German woman. He spots her at once as his ex girl friend he was in love with. The events of the 1945 rushed into the veteran’s memory.
