Plot synopsis
A film about everyday life of reindeer-breeders of polar Ural mountain region.
The documentary focuses on the 17-years old Ner Gosha, who becomes the owner of a big deer cattle. It is a cinematic portrait, a cinematic life record.
Picturesque images of the reindeer nomad Gosha’s life in Siberia. Happiness, calmness, harmony – until the advent of uranium mining. The testimony of a landscape and culture that are almost lost.
