The heroes of the first film "Lovey-Dovey" - dad Andrei and mum Marina — once again lose the plot. Ten years ago the Golubevs tested the permanence of their feelings for each other by swapping bodies. Now their twins are growing up: a boy and a girl, Gleb and Svetochka. The couple's life has settled down, the career makes them dizzy, and every day is scheduled by the hour. They can hardly remember that the children love real dogs more than artificial ones, that the parents' friends are not the best company for the children's birthday. They have forgotten that love and attention are more precious than money. In order to put everything back in its place, they must once again swap roles - decides doctor Kogan when he visits his old friends, only to find the next morning that Andrei and Marina wake up in the children's room, while Gleb and Sveta open their eyes in the parents' bedroom...
