Plot synopsis
Loosely based on Alexei Tolstoy's short story “Vampire's Family.” The action of the novel takes place in modern times. Can Santa Claus die? And if the answer is “yes, “does it mean that time will also stop? Everyone knows that it is Santa Claus who brings the New Year and starts the new cycle of life. A young biologists looks for a secluded place where he can continue his research. He finds a village inhabited by some strange people, everyone seems to be possessed by some mystical maniacal ideas.
