Made after A. Veytsler and A. Misharin’s play «All Day Long». Druyanov, a director of a large boiler-construction plant, a talented man with great life experience is going to be fired out. A young appointee doesn’t hurry to agree to the appointment and comes to see the plant. But then he understands that Druiyanov`s plan of reconstraction was reasonable.
