Psychological thriller. Psychotherapist Mark Minaev studies a strange case in his practice. His patient Mikhail Anipkin, a video operator, suffers from schizophrenia. The disease gives rare deviations, the so-called conversion disorder, when psyche signals the body to play her games. In this case, the patient confirms there was an atomic war and he was hiding in a bunker. His skin became covered with ulcers like from radiation. He lost his eyesight, his hair fell out. Minaev is shocked at this case and wants to write his theses on the subject. But to put all doubts aside, he decides to go to the bunker where the patient supposedly was hiding.
