Born in 1978 in Ashgabat, he graduated from the B. Nurally Art School and the Turkmen State Art School with a degree in graphic artist. Lives in Krasnoyarsk. Since 2021, he has been studying directing and dramaturgy in the workshop of Evgeniy Tkachuk, and is also receiving training as an editing director. The film “12 Floors Later” is the debut work and the first film of the Siberian Owl film studio created by Jafar Agayev.
