Plot synopsis
All people are divided into «herdsmen» and «sheep». This is the system. Once you decide to abuse the system and become a «herdsman». And you know how to do it. District police officer Ivan Danilov is a «small potato » in the police system. He is laborious, honest, and law-abiding. But all people around him – from .thieves to his police officers colleagues who get sticky fingers – live better than he. The law is not written for them. Once Danilov decides to abuse the law. The first attempt almost ends in failure. But the more experienced colleague Sergei patronizes Ivan and the district police officer Danilov’s life is cardinally changed. He is not any more a «small potato» and is even ready to kidnap a child.
