Plot synopsis
In 1991 the USSR communist empire collapsed. And one of the main symbols of the Soviet power - Lenin's tomb and Lenin’s body itself - were left without a master. The film tells us about Lenin’s body, its maintenance, its watching and about different opinions on the future of this body – to sell, to enliven..., or to bury it. "Lenin’s body" is a film about the society that went through collapse of the Empire. Exclusive shots and interviews are used in the film.
