Plot synopsis
Love story of the Soviet officer and Polish girl in days of war. The battalion where Mikhail and Victor serve, settles down on rest in the Polish village. Friends meet the daughter of the room hostess. Mikhail at first sight falls in love with Zosyu, however it seems to him that it likes Victor. And only when the battalion leaves the village, Mikhail understands that the girl loves him.
