Plot synopsis
A comedy. Presidents of USSR and USA have to meet. But this meeting is at risk of desruption because of the impossibility of police and CIA to cope with «russian mafia». Super agent Fyodor Sokolov was sent to the USA to oppose it. Beautiful songstress Mary Star working at the CIA becomes his partner. Collective actions of two super agents had not only successful end but russian-american love as well.
