Philosophical parable about human and divine Love, about the cycle of life, about the decline of civilization, and about the fact that the last will be the first. The film is shot like a dream, and the use of the aesthetic range of experimental cinema only emphasizes this state. The poetry of Fyodor Tyutchev (1803-1873), soulfully played by Leonid Mozgov behind the scenes, gives it a universal sound. The young actors Natalya Surkova and Vladimir Zolotarev, who exist in the frame, had the difficult task of showing the first people, not burdened with the intellectual work of subsequent generations. It was necessary to detach themselves from today's problems and try to imagine themselves as the original people, and then immediately move to the very end of time. According to the plot, humanity begins with them and ends with them. In this way, the author wanted to show continuity: the first love and the supposed last one are an indivisible whole of one eternal Love.
