Plot synopsis
Based on a story «In the Otrada Bay» by A.Novikov-Priboy. One of the southern seaports is occupied by the White Guards. The partisans took up their positions in the lighthouse, Nikolay Razdolny whose father, mechanic, does not share his son’s views is among them. Having spied on Nikolay’s father the White Guards arrest the «Lebed» ship’s crew and order the mechanic to perform his former duties. But when the «Lebed» ship comes up to the lighthouse, Nikolay’s father opens the kingstons and the ship goes to the bottom …
