The Orthodox cross is near the Catholic cross, the Muslim Crescent and the Jewish David star. The hole Sandarmokh is situated about ten kilometers from the town that became a sort of symbol of the events in the thirties. Medvezhiegosk. The capital of the Belomor-Baltic Canal.
