Plot synopsis
A couple of homeless men lay sleeping on the floor of a bank vestibule. If you want to use the ATM, you'll have to step right over them or find somewhere else. Kossakovsky captures the economic crisis in a single image.

This film is part of Why Poverty?, a groundbreaking cross-media event taking place in November 2012, urging people around the world to ask this question. Supported by 70 broadcasters around the world, the event aims to jump-start national and global debates about poverty in the 21st century.
