The new era has written names of great actors and directors in chronicles of modern culture - Papazyan, Vagarshan, Mkrtchan, Bek-Nazarov, Dovlatyan, Paradzhanov…
It has a broad range of works from classical screen adaptation of Tumanyan's short story Pepo to world famous Color of Pomegranate directed by Sergei Paradzhanov and dedicated to a Caucasian genius poet Sayat Nova. This film is a panoramic view of Armenian cinema.
