This video installation looks like a computer screensaver. Schools of ocean fish scurry in the lighted space above the sea bottom. Gradually, however, they form Russian words, similar to obscene English phrase with a four-letter word. There’s no punctuation mark, though. You can put an exclamation mark at the end, and then the work turns into a radical statement, addressed to other artists and the audience; or you can put a question mark, and the video turns into a question about frailty and vanity.
