Vultures on the roads are an organized gang of robbers and murderers, including the police. They kill a truck driver friend whose wife is expecting a baby. The police (and she shares with the bandits), of course, do nothing, and then he alone begins to take revenge on the scum, crushing their cars with his valiant truck.
