Deportation... Russians, Kazakhs, Germans, Ukrainians, Chechens, Crimean Tatars, Koreans, Poles entire nations became outcasts and traitors for their country. Tens of thousands of
people were tore away from their roots and sent to North Kazakhstan steppes
to the suburbs of Akmolinsk city in the 30-ies and 40-ies of XX century.
It should seam that horrors and troubles that these people suffered should have hardened their hearts forever, but kids of the White Grave
(Akmola means the White Grave in the Kazakh language) are surprisingly
kind, they have managed to find their new home in this severe land.
