The governor and his entourage, by an absurd coincidence, fly into space in an uncontrollable spaceship. From that moment their incredible journey to another “fascinating planet” begins. There they meet people who live in harmony with nature and seem to be happy. But the governor only thinks about how to take this "planet" in hand, and develops a plan to take power.
